EDIT:Ok now I can't help you on the moving thing but I can Help you about how to make a model you can climb on
Ok Here it goes:
-insert a model(for example tree)Note:It must be a cycler_sprite use cs-expert.fgd
-make a brush shape like the tree's body then just change the render mode to texture and change the render FX to 0
-make a func_ladder brush

Ok Maybe I can Answer
1.Make A Passage \ Hallway then put a aaatriger brush Press CTRL+T
and set it to trigger_teleport (IMPORTANT:YOU MUST HAVE EXPERT.FGD)and then name the target like bob1 and make an info_teleportdestination on the other room name it to bob1
and done

2.easy make aaatrigger brush Press CTRL+T and set it to trigger_Multiple and set the target to "gun" and the name to "gun"
and then find the weapon You want and set it

3.Same as The First but change the Trigger_teleport to Trigger_hurt
and set the damage to 150 or Above

for CS or HL Don't Use Trigger_multiple cause it can be triggered twice
use a func_breakable and then set:
-explosion_magnitude to 100
-material to Metal
-Render Mode to Texture
-FX amount to 0
and there You have it a land mine that you can hit (if you can find it

that's easy
first make a spawn point that's a bit higher than the ground
make a brush-entity and set it to trigger_multiple
set the target to john
now make another brush-entity and set it to trigger multiple again
but make sure the second one is below the first one
set the target to Alex
now make a player_weaponstrip and set the name to john
and then make a game_player_equip and set the name to Alex
This is the same method as awp_snowsk337

first of all make your vehicle, make it so it faces west, also you will need to put a brush in the middle of your vehicle with the texture "origin" which can be found in half-life.wad, tie all of the brushes that make the vehicle. Now you want to select the vehicle and hiy ctrl+T to tie it to an entity, select func_vehicle from the drop down list, name your vehicle "vehicle1", in "first stop target put "stop1". Now create the entity "path_track" this is were you want your vehicle to start, name it "stop1", then in the field "next stop target" put "stop2", create another path_track and name it "stop2" this is the direction you want your vehicle to face, for stop2 in the field "next stop target put "stop1". Now for the controls, put a brush were you want to control the vehicle from, remember that the player will have to stand into the brush to control the vehicle not next to it. Use the aaatrigger texture and tie it to entity, select func_vehiclecontrols from the list, in the only field put "vehicle1".

Gee That wrong her is The real Tutorial

first of all make your vehicle, make it so it faces west, also you will need to put a brush in the middle of your vehicle with the texture "origin" which can be found in half-life.wad, tie all of the brushes that make the vehicle. Now you want to select the vehicle and hiy ctrl+T to tie it to an entity, select func_vehicle from the drop down list, name your vehicle "vehicle1", in "first stop target put "stop1". Now create the entity "path_track" this is were you want your vehicle to start, name it "stop1", then in the field "next stop target" put "stop2", create another path_track and name it "stop2" this is the direction you want your vehicle to face, for stop2 in the field "next stop target put "stop1". Now for the controls, put a brush were you want to control the vehicle from, remember that the player will have to stand into the brush to control the vehicle not next to it. Use the aaatrigger texture and tie it to entity, select func_vehiclecontrols from the list, in the only field put "vehicle1".
