I'M MAKING A NEW MOD!
I just Need to know how to add new or remove some weapons from it
and how to make more enemies?
It's Called Sarge's War Mod from the Game Sarge's war PS2
now Sarge War can Be Played in FPS!

yeah well you definitely need someone who's good at skinning (not animals);
you do the mapping i guess

and of course you need a person who's good with graphics ( i don't know if you are or not ) ;
and if you want it different not only by looks then you need some scripting and OtherShitImNotGoodAt
