Try the team master. It might be T=1, CT=2.
Or you can just place an armoury_entity right at the spawn place.

just random posting .. i could have just said put a clip brush around your spawn points ... or i could of said that i don't have a fucking clue ...

but anyway .. if you want them to have separate weapons then maybe just put the weapons on the ground ? oh yeah forgot you want pistols as well ... did you try giving the "1" or "2 " value ? or the T , CT ?

So put armoury_entities at the spawn area of the team you want. This will have the weapon placed on the ground.

that's easy
first make a spawn point that's a bit higher than the ground
make a brush-entity and set it to trigger_multiple
set the target to john
now make another brush-entity and set it to trigger multiple again
but make sure the second one is below the first one
set the target to Alex
now make a player_weaponstrip and set the name to john
and then make a game_player_equip and set the name to Alex
This is the same method as awp_snowsk337
(NOTE:ONLY SHOWING PRIMARY STUFF)
