 Something like this i think:
 -Create a info_target(point-entity), give it a name eg focus1 . The info_target is the point where the camera will be looking at.
 -Create a trigger_camera(point-entity) and give it a Name (eg camera1 ) and set its Target to the name of your info_target(eg focus1 ). 
 -Create a func_button set it to target the camera (eg camera1 )
 When the player activates the func_button(which you could make look like a monitor) the player will activate the camera.
