(A comment on that tutorial: If you use a func_wall for the ladder-part instead of func_illousinary then you don't need the CLIP-brush.)

you know its made with clip-brush and func_illusionary so you can shoot /trow grenades trough it .. you cant trow a grenade trough a func_wall
