it's probably just a bad 360, if you got it when it first came out you can send it in to microsoft and they'll fix it for free. i know this used to be a problem with big 360 games like Oblivion, but halo 2 should run fine... and i don't know wtf that guy is talking about an emulator, 360's play specific xbox games and Halo 2 is in fact, one of them.

you also need to have a solid with CLIP texture in the same exact place as that and a AAAtrigger texture in front of the ladder texture, the AAATRIGGER is what has the func ladder, the ladder texture itself should have func transparent

control+T, i think you can do that while the AAA"SOMETHING" texture is selected and that brings up the solid menu where you can choose func ladder and the same for the ladder texture to choos func transparent or whatever

you can get non steam at www.fragbase.ca and the patch too, so u install CS then the CS patch and after that the wads are all there where u installed it too

i used to have the same problem but i think the easiest way is to just download and install the non steam version of CS because all the wad's aren't hidden and are easily accesible.
