And I just installed Hammer, and I have no fucking clue how to use it.

I want to make a ctf map for Half Life: Opposing Force. Multiplayer.

I need some tutorials, examples, I just need any kind of help. I dont understand it at all.

Thanks superjer, but how do you rotate objects? When I click on the selection twice, it doesnt put me in rotation mode.

Well it should.

You are clicking on your OBJECT right? Don't click the button twice.

You have to click in a 2D window too, not in 3D.

And what it really is is you click on an object when it's ALREADY selected (red). Make sure you don't drag it, just tap it a little bit. Be gentle.

I just needed to click on the little white squares.

Ok, I got another problem: I have a jump drive right.... for some reason, it only loads the progress on the map made on that computer, so essentially you get two versions of the computer.
If you jump high enough you'll hurt your ankles when you land.

Sounds like an issue with your hardware/OS and not Hammer. I don't even know what a Jump Drive is...
