lawl... Hugo Chavez would get his ass utterly handed to him if he declared open war on Columbia. We support Columbia practically as much as Israel. His "invasion force" would be wiped off the map by various explosives in a matter of hours... just like what we did to Iraq's military.

I like Hugo Chavez though... he seems pretty smart. That and once oil goes above a certain amount per barrel, Venezuela will be sitting on top of perhaps the world's largest oil reserves.

I don't read books...We "whippersnappers" have this thing called an "Internet", so to speak of. Its far more useful and efficent than your primative "books".

Heh, I think books are almost obsolete. Frankly, I even keep my "diary" (its not so much a diary as it is a folder with a bunch of text files containing notes, things to remember, people I hate, train of thoughts I want to save, ect.) on my flash drive.

Anybody who could possibly consider Chavez a good guy is either ill-informed or stupid or both. Why the US recognizes any dictator as a legitimate sovereign is totally beyond me. We should probably just blow him up with the reason being that he is nothing more than a criminal boss with delusions of being a politician.

I don't think the democrats are any better than the Republicans. The only reason I'm voting at all is because I think that people in the middle east would hate us less if someone with the name and appearance of Obama was the president. I don't like Obama even slightly. It's just because lots of people in the Middle East are as dumb as bricks, and I'm sure something this superficial would actually mean something to them.
I really hate Obama's mix of charisma and the fact that everything he says is totally vacuous. You get the dumbest kind of people voting for someone like that. The thing is, censorship is the worst thing ever, and Hilary REALLY likes censorship, so I'd vote for one of those righteous god-obsessed Republicans before I voted for her. Eight years of having a preacher as a president is enough for me though, so it really only leaves me the choice of Obama in the end.

Fair enough. Not having a TV licence I haven't seen the majority of the things that either candidate has said. Here we have the SNP who, surprisingly, have proved to be very good. I mean really, for someone as cynical as I am it is very odd to even be typing things like that.
