Trucks without wheels are supposedly locked. In this case, it isn't, but I believe that's the intent.

Similarly, trucks with raised ladders are getting a lot of responses lately.

Seems that you're right. When I checked the image info, it said "firetruck_hot" or something similar, so I assumed it was something Superjer had programmed in that took tally of how many responses a topic was getting in a given time frame.

I don't actually know how forum programming for these sorts of things works, I've seen it executed in a variety of dumb ways.

I believe this truck was locked on the old foram, and therefore has the locked icon -- without the wheels... but this foram doesn't actually have lockable trucks... yet.

It's just an inconsistency between the old and the new foram.
