Hmm, this version seems a lot darker for some reason... This looks real nice dude , add some tv lines in there but make them real light so they can be hardly seen!!

Thanks! I Googled TV lines, is it a patten-overlay of vertical black pixels? I did it and it looks a bit better.
My friends say that the mountains in the backgrounds looks like tents. eugh. how fix?

Ha, TV lines are so nineties.
I would recommend to not use such filters for practice, because they make most things look nice, but also make them look boring and lose the actual drawing. Try making nice pictures by just drawing.

the mountains do look like tents , i would add more detail to those mountains with some rocky color or make the tips bigger

I can't actually draw. And I'm not that interested in it. I'm mostly relearning photoshop with focus on layers, effects and stuff.
I decided the draw the tree and mountain stuff because I couldn't bother finding a good photo manipulation project to do.

Even if you can't draw and don't feel enthused about learning how, you should take a basic charcoal drawing class. The fundamentals will translate to a digital medium in ways that will make your work more......tolerable.

Tried sculpting a face in Blender.
Mirror wouldn't work while sculpting if dynamic topology is enabled. So I just messed around for a while, knowing that I can't really do anything to save the work .
