ok, i came up with a great idea. What if we made a virtual sue on da fourms!! heres how it works, ill explain it in sections.

person who is sueing what you do is say who you are sueing and why. then present your case in a (sorta) long post.

person who is getting sued you present why you should not be sued and defend urself and all that. once again, (sorta) long post.

judge this is the best part. who ever is judge ( im first ) gets to decide who wins the case. then they say what the winner gets from the other person (either spades or posts). now when you decide who wins and what he/she gets, you pass down your judge duty to another person. then, when that guy is done, he passes down his duty to someone else. one thing YOU CANNOT PASS DOWN DUTY TO THE PERSON WHO PASSED IT DOWN TO YOU. once the third guy is done, THEN you get a chance of do be judge.

Who wants to start first case??

The legal system's a fucking joke anyway as is.

We were talking about this a couple weeks back, I know, but here's another case-in-point:

Judge sues dry cleaners for $65 million over missing pair of pants.

Initially, he asked for $1,000, the full price of the suit, but they didn't pay, claiming that they had found the pants, and that's when the litigation started. He was offered $3,000, $4,600, and $12,000 in settlements, but he turned down each.

Where the fuck do these people with law degress get off?

I can respect those who can take responsibility for themselves and the stupid actions they make, but unfortunately, most people in America seem to want to be "Dee Dee Dee's", and not take responsiblility for whatever stupid things they've done (Spill coffee on their lap and yet not know that it was "hot"). If the stupid people in this country weren't sue happy to gain a lot of money, it wouldn't have brought the economy to a line b/w self managing and dependent on other countries, have medical bills skyrocket, make taxes rise, shell out a lot of money for insurance, and lower the value of the dollar.

We brought this idiocracy within our government, yet we still cheer them onto become our representatives.

Our government isn't nearly as bad as all that. It has some big flaws, but it's still the best one out there. Democracy is still pretty new, it's gonna take a while to work out the kinks. Also, we're FAR less dependent on other countries than they are dependent on us. If we we're to stop trading with an important country (something Western European or China or somethin') they'd be in SERIOUS trouble, whereas any one of them could embargo the crap out of us and we'd barely flinch.
