i THOUGHT i put this zhlt.wad and csexpert.fgd into my valve hammer editor correctly but i still dont have any extra textures!
i really need the sky texture!

If you don't have the extra textures then they are not in correctly. Therefore: here. It has bits about how to install the fgd. Early on in the tutorial is the bit about installing the wad, but it's from the same menu item.

amm expert.fgd is NOT A TEXTURE FILE IT DOESN'T SAY EXPERT.WAD IT SAYS EXPERT.FGD 
expert.fgd gives you aces to all entities in hammer
textures :
1 calm down !
2 open valve hammer editor
3 go to tools / options / textures
4 click ADD WAD
5 select the .wad file you want to add
6 click open
7 look at your pretty textures

Put the zhlt.wad in your cstrike-folder, then in Hammer: "Tools"-->"Options" the "Textures"-tab and add the zhlt.wad.

It's just your GUI looks kinda different. Like I use Emerald which makes my windows all pretty and stuff (and having my desktop on a rotating cube isn't bad either :D)
