I bought 4 of the Jam Packs: Remix Tools, Rhythm something, World Music, and Orchestra. Obviously these use the orchestra stuff. The packs are quite excellent.

Yea, the standard instruments are pretty dumb, I think. The jampacks got some cool ones though, I bought the rythm section once. But they're pretty expensive. :/
Currently I'm trying to create some hot Jazz music with "Reason".

Your finally back!!!
Anyway, I'll listen to the music when I get to a place where using headphones isin't punishable by incarceration.

I liked the music, I've listened to the first two, and its all space-opera-like. Least thats what it remindes me of.

Opera? There's no singing!

They're not really "my" songs. I just remixed the songs from Dukez Nukemz. They were epic to begin with. Well... maybe not as epic.

I remember (very vaguely) playing Duke Nukem multiplayer on a friend's N64, it was awesome fun. And we have an N64 in the flat right now; I've been reminiscing about Mario Kart for the past few days :D

Space opera = Star Wars, Star Trek, Homeworld, Mass Effect, Most 4x games, Flash Gordon, ect.
Basically its a big ass story about space wars, politics, ect. Best example is Mass Effect, and Star Wars.

I can actually live and breathe on the music from Total Annihilation. My entire circulatory system and brain functions could shut down and you wouldn't be the wiser until someone turned off the phatty jams.

I have been mucking around with Spring a bit too. It's pretty cool. But the battle music... I actually put the CD into my CD player once, just to listen to while doing an essay. It was that good. Of course, I went and played TA soon afterwards but all the same.
