I'm making my own vision of how the Legend of Zelda should have played out. I'm basically done, but I need an opinion on what the ending screen should look like. This is what I've come up with so far:

You're playing as a Wizzrobe instead of Link, so that's the player there holding the wand. That Wizzrobe chica is Ganon's secretary. Don't ask. None of this makes any sense, it's not supposed to.
Any ideas about other things that could be in the screen, or details I may have missed, or things that just don't look right. Lemme know.

Oh yeah, on topic. I'd go for more sparkly bits but then I like shiny things. I've not done much of yer Zelda-type games though, not having owned any Nintendo stuff.

It's a game, using the fantastic Zelda Classic editor. And sparkly bits is a good idea, it IS animated in the actual game. I could make a .gif but I won't. The wand shines every few seconds at the moment.
Unlike most of the other people on these boards when I make something it actually has substance.
I've already made everything but the last dungeon and a few minor tweaks, it won't be long!

I've altered the image. It's supposed to look like they're flying on a cloud, and NOT like they are ascending into heaven while surrounded by flames.

Then you could make clouds get smaller as they move from the bottom to the top (horizon), that would both make a perspective-ish feel and show they are not ascending.

I didn't make the engine, like I said, I used the Zelda Classic editor. Instead of me explaining exactly what I did you could just go look at zeldaclassic.com and see what I based this off of. For those of you who don't like to leave superjer.com for any reason:
I did the art (most of it, modified some original art and made a lot of my own stuff), the level design, the story and dialogue and the majority of the beta testing.
In my NEXT version of this I'm going from the ground up and making entirely new weapons and enemies as well... and probably breaking the whole 'top-down view' rule that this game should follow.
