Ok, this time I typed "best soad song" in the search, and I clicked on the top-ten-lists.com website, but instead I get redirected to http://www.kemptrading.com/
thankfully I can copy the website url in google and paste on the url bar instead

Sounds to me like you're not ACTUALLY at google. Check your hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\Hosts) and see if there's anything about Google in there.
Also, I reccomend downloading MalwareBytes, and doing a scan on your PC. And, do you run an AV? If so, which one?

You should also check your DNS settings and make sure they haven't been replaced to some mal-DNS somewhere.
Should be either blank, your ISP, or someone nice like Google (8.8.8.8) or OpenDNS (208.67.222.222)

I'm using opendns, and I'll try scanning my laptop for viruses.
Also seeing how I wasn't very clear, I'll give you an example.
1. I type "blah blah" in the search.
2. Google comes up with all the results.
3. I can click on the results and get to the correct website with the correct url on the top
4. But after a few seconds, I suddenly get redirected to random websites selling their products

Does this happen in multiple browsers or just one? (And which one?)
It could be some kind of toolbar/addon/plugin/whatever.

It happens on both IE and firefox (not sure about chrome cause it just doesnt work for whatever reason, even after reinstalling and redownloading chrome, the pages won't load).
And, no toolbars or plugins (atleast as far as I know...)

Yes, but that's a pretty huge problem. Besides a fresh install is always nice and fast :3

I recommend keeping a few different AVs on your comp just for that reason. Obviously don't keep them all running all the time, but when you go to scan it's always good to have a few different ones (AVG and Avast are both free, and work pretty well... and download MalwareBytes if you haven't already, it's good for scanning.)

Personally I think it's better just to look for the virus yourself and find a few filenames. You can Google them and find a program specifically designed to remove said virus most of the time. Doesn't always work, since some viruses use nothing but randomly generated filenames, but it's far more successful than AV programs. I've never seen any AV correctly remove even the most remotely competent malware.
