i did west means like left right and i compiled and the car was facing the top of the map even though in hammer it was facing west so then i fucked around with it and made it face up and it faced west after compile but wouldnt drive

umm idk a lot of stuff i followed all the directions i dont know what i did wrong really if it helps when i compiled first time the car was pointed into the ground so then i pointed it to the sky so it faced normal but then it just wouldnt drive

This map offers a slightly different gameplay because of the blocks they can be used as references.

Heres a list of kewl stuff

Pink Blocks(1) - 150w 16l 36h i made it so 150w is a good length 16l is half of what a player is so it can be used as references and 36h is your height when you crouch theres - 10 pieces

Pink Blocks(2) - 150w 16l 72h same thing except 72 height is your height when your standing - 10 pieces

Purple Blocks(1) - 16w 150l 36h same as pink blocks(1) but different direction - 10 pieces

Purple Blocks(2) - 16w 150l 72h same as pink blocks(2) but different direction - 10 pieces

Blue Blocks - 32w 32l 216h these are cylinders at the height of 3 players so it would take 2 or 3 people to boost to the height of this making it a good reference tool - 9 pieces

Gray Blocks - 150w 150l 150h its a big gray box - 1 piece

Light Green Blocks - 32w 32l 36h its a box that is the size of a crouching player great reference tool for nojump - 27 pieces

Tan Blocks - 32w 150l 18h its a roof piece and 18h is half the height of a crouching player and 32w is the width of a player

Yellow Blocks - 150w 32l 18h same as tan but different direction

Dark Green Blocks - 150w 150l 18h its a roof piece that is purely for putting roofs on tunnel bases but also has the 18h reference

Light Blue Blocks - 32w 32l 18h its a sqaure for treehouse jumps potentially and good reference tool

Red Blocks - 32w 32l 18h same as light blue but its turned so its like a diamond shape

Rainbow Blocks - 32w 32l 18h super mega awesome surprise

im making basebuilder maps though just to keep it on topic base builder is where you have 2 minutes to use blocks and make a base to defend from a zombie attack

you could do a weapon strip and a equip then and only reequip them with a knife and then they would have the knife and weapon they spawn on top of

use the armoury entity and place it under each spawn point

oh ill have to try it out and see if equip does strip i bet its just that it overridews the auto equip no stripping involved

you need 3 entitys

game_player_equip
player_weapon_strip
multi_manager

names might be off a little

name the equip "equip" and the strip "strip"

the properties for the equip and strip are self explanatory and simple

in the multi_manager use smart edit and type strip then value "0.1" then add another and do equip 0.2

kinda of hard to understand but :P i told everything that needs to be told

coplaners happened when you manipulate vertexes and accidently cause 2 planes on 1 side of a brush or something like that

no i want it to trigger the t to be teleported by the ct teleporting himself

fedex u didnt really answer my question so for sprinkles ill try to explain what im trying to do better

I want it so when a ct enters the trigger_teleport he is teleported to the teleport_destination and also at the same time when the ct enters the trigger_teleport that caues the t to be telported to a different teleport_destination. and just incase you didnt get it the ct causes the t to teleport without the t doing anything

oh btw its a deathrun map so theres just one t

k so im making a deathrun map and at the end i want to make it so the ct teles to an area and teh t gets teled to the same area but a lil differently but the t's tele is triggered when the ct teles and ik how to do tele normally but this shit is really complicated and i need a detailed but understandable tutorial

first how do i make this:

a floor where if your below it and look up you just see a ceiling but if your on top of it and look down you can see through it and see whats going on under you

i need to know how to make water where when u jump in you start drowning right away and you drown in like 2 seconds
