I'm going through some shit right now, and people I know are refusing to talk to me. Now I got some mental issues, and I'm saying some crazy shit and what not, but I'm only trying to be nice to them and their kicking me down again and again. I post this here cause I need a fresh look at this situation.

I want to say "Fuck em", but honestly some part of me thinks that they just don't fuckin' understand. The thing is that the crazy shit I say and do seems reasonable at the time, but when I look back at it, its fucked up. The question I pose is, is it right for them to say its my fault, when I go through an episode like that?

Just asking.

(obviously everyone knows my viewpoint.)

Well, I guess, if you can't help it no, it's not really your fault then is it? But then I find that people are generally assholes.

No, wait, that's the internet. It's better outside.

My advice: tell them that sometimes you'll say some random things; and really in saying them you're trying to be nice, even if it doesn't sound like it ;)

The thing is, its been directed at them at times. It has to do with perceiving other people and social situations wrong and what not. Its more complicated than that, but in unrelated ways.

What they are thinking is that its mild schizophrenia, however my immediate family is saying otherwise. If it weren't that, but some other mental illness, would that justify it? I guess the fact that a lot of people are immature in high school and/or don't have mental problems themselves and can't relate, doesn't help.

Maybe you should still try to explain to people what the problem is, and see if they're more sympathetic then. I've not got a great deal of experience with this either; I once knew a guy who had had very mild Asperger's Syndrome but that's "all".

I'd really need a LOT more information to be able to make any kind of judgment on anything here.

The problem lies in that I don't know WHAT it is, exactly. I got another shrink appointment tomorrow, so we'll see if he misdiagnosed me, cause "clinical depression" shouldn't make you think gray slugs are everywhere taking over people's minds, and justify the use of antipsychotics. D: Although thats been the diagnosis for several years.

I thought that when I was like 10, along with other really wierd shit, although I'm not sure if that counts or not. What does count is that I do suffer from delusions, but they go away when I take my meds, so yeah.

Considering my grandmother had skitzo too, and one of my parents is an utter nut de facto wise, it probablly explains a lot.

Sometimes I can't tell if I'm dreaming or not while everyone else thinks I'm fully awake. Is that bad?
