have you ever heard of equal ( = )
or that both have there advantages & setbacks ??
it really depends on your personal preferences and the map in question
like havokk said if its a de_ map ( and teams are = in every point of view ) then T's have the basic advantage ( what is easily overcome with a little bit of tactic .. eg : camping at the bombsite )
but if its a cs_ map then ct's have the basic advantage
combine that with stealth ( provided by silenced weapons that they have ) and its a good advantage
(but this can also be overcome with basic technique)

Exactly the other way around
CS- Ts have the advantage.
DE- CTs have the advantage.
Because they are the "camping" team; it's much easier to guard something and block, rather than attack.
AND CTs have better weapons.
Final verdict: CTs on de_aztec.

on maps like cs_millitia cts have an advantage becouse ts have no were to hide thats y i camp on the roof with an awp and duel eliets but look at as maps cts have an advantage
