Idk what it is, because the screenshot is way too blurry.
Where did you find this picture?

To be honest, just about every 3d software looks pretty much exactly the same. And, you'll be able to achieve the just about the same results with them, too.
C4d is a good one to start with. It's simple enough that you'll be able to learn it easy, yet advanced enough that you'll be able to make some pretty good stuff with it.
If you want a free 3d software, try out Blender. It's not as good, but it's free, and you can still yield some good results with it.

Well, easy is a pretty relative term. Try it out and see for yourself

No 3D program is easy. They are all real durrty bitches. It's just that it's pretty weird doing 3D stuff in general if you haven't done before.

I have a little problem. I can't see textures on models.

You're better off looking for dedicated tutorials at this stage, to be honest. Unless anyone here knows huuuuge amounts about Cinema.

If you've applied them, you should be able to see them when you render the scene out.
Idk about C4D, but in 3ds max there is a button in the material browser that is the "show material in viewport" button, which toggles on and off the ability to see the materials in the viewport...
But as DR suggested, you should definitely be following tutorials, especially if this is your first time using a 3d software.
