Water
Make a brush where you want your water to be. Select it and click the toEntity button on the bottom right-hand side on your screen. A window will open. Select func_water from the list.
AND YOU'VE GOT WATER!
Now, If you want it to look like water, apply a blueish texture. In the water's properties (Alt+Enter) change rendermode to texture, and fx amount to a number between 0 and 255. (0=invisible, 255=fully textured).
