Hello,
When working on a map of mine I ran into the max_map_planes error, which I decided to fix by converting some complex geometry into props. I found a large piece which had far too many faces than was neccesary and converted it into a model using the propper tool.
However, when I then tried to insert it into my map as a prop_static, I got the error; 'Too many verts for a dynamic vertex buffer. Tell a programmer to up VERTEX_BUFFER_SIZE,' and the prop_static did not assume the shape of the model.
I would be grateful for any help fixing this,
