How do I make it so my sewers are like this kind of shape.

You should be able to make a rectangle and use the bevel edge thing.

umm i forgot how to do this , but u need to make a oval and make it long to where you want you tunnel , then i forgot what u call it and carve in the wall and there goes your tunnel

The clipping tool is what I was thinking of. You should be able to create a rectangular tunnel, then use the clipping tool on the edges to get a shape like that
