Dose anyone know where i can find a a paint shop pro that enlarges and lowers the pixles of pics? I had one until i had a wrym in my computer and i had to do system recovery and the sitre that had it dosn't have it anymore. It was number 3

If you want to increase/decrease the resolution of an image you can just use mspaint.

If you need to do more stuff I'd recommend The GIMP (it's freeware) http://www.gimp.org/windows/

On the other hand, GIMP has some really nice features and I'm beginning to like it (I can't even install Photoshop right now). The YELLOW CURSOR on MacOSX is the biggest pain, though.

I never really got the patience to learn how to use it. Gimp too for that matter. But Gimp ruined my bloody icons and file asscciations when I uninstalled it.
