It's new code. The database supported it but the pages didn't give a shit except for the trucks-on-blocks icons.

There's no way for an admin to lock a truck without editing the database directly, for now. This is true of most of the forum features. And this is also why I haven't attempted to share this forum software or sell it, etc.
