Puerto Rico is actually a self-governing unincorporated territory of the United States. On an interesting side note it's the nearly the only thing that can be (barely) used to support the strangely popular idea that the US is an empire.

THC has mild hallucinogenic properties. But I've been around a lot of pot heads, and as confused as they may be they don't really hallucinate.
