My AVg keeps telling me its a threat and i keep clicking remove but it keeps saying it cant find it.
Just every few minuets an anti virus site comes up and says i'm infected!!!! HO HO HO GIMME MUNNY IT"LL ALL GO AWAY!!! HA IM LIEING!!! NOM NOM NOM! 
I just click cancel and go on with my life....but its annoying....as hell....

OK, since SRAW has gone ahead and told you how to do it, first make sure you have backed up all your files on an external media. Possibly two. Be prepared to lose any files and settings you might have because you will. That's what formatting does; it will completely wipe the drive clean. Make sure you have an XP install CD as well, just in case, and a Windows licence number.

Nothing really happened yet.Just my AVG keeps telling me theres threats and they are all Trojans.I click remove and it says it cant fin them.
Last year or so i got a worm.It was an actual thing that would not go away but i didn't have AVG then.

It takes a considerable amount of technical skill with computers to actually remove a competent virus. If you don't know what you're doing and you can't afford to pay someone who does, your only real option is to reformat as Down Rodeo said. It's entirely possible that it's an incompetent virus, however... and could be removed with little effort just by using the correct program.

Try rebooting in safe mode, then running something like Malwarebytes or a general system scanner in tandem with one of those basic removal programs. Even if it persists, you should get an idea of what it is you're dealing with and where you'd need to go from there.
That helped me when I was trying to remove a trojan on my computer. Aaeojer (I was trying to type aaronjer, i swear) wanted to come over and reformat the whole machine and put his own batch of XP on but I managed to fix it on my own within a few days. I'm stubborn that way.
