Select the block.

Now click it again.

You will have circles in the corners of the block (in grid view).

Click them, hold, and rotate!

May contain traces of invisible text.

you can also go to tools / transform / rotate and write the exact degrees you want ( kinda the same thing as Edan said but its more precise

)
