I've made a ladder, but I need to change it's color to make some parts of it invisible. So, how can I change it's color?

And you'll understand what I'm talking about.
You're asking how to change a texture. The page I linked to tells you how to do that. Just use the proper textures (ladder, aaatrigger, and clip), and that's it.
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.

Who said anything about textures?

The only way to make part of your brush invisible is to use a textures that start with {.
In {textures, the 255th color in the palette will show up as invisible when you tweak the properties just right.
By convention, the 255th color is blue.
You can't change the colors yourself without making your own textures.

Thanks, it works now.
I have another problem, but I don't want to open another topic about it.
I've spotted a light in the roof, and I've also added a neon texture to it, to look like a real light source.
But when I check it in-game, I don't find the neon texture..

Did you carve into the roof or make the neon light protrude at least one unit from the roof?
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.

Fixed.
Another problem :(
Why the light in my map comes from everywhere? Not only from the spotlights. It's like full-lighting.

I'm guessing you used light_environment instead of a regular light, or something.

It's also possible that your map is fullbright, which is most commonly a result of a leak or not running hlrad.
Also, you can try using texture lighting instead of the light entity:

...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.
