everything that is after 20m in front of my camera is black.it wasn't like this before.it;s a mess now.my map isn't huge

Under 'Map-> Map Properties' there is a value Max Viewable Distance that you can change. I'm not sure if it works in the Camera view, though...

it doesn't work i've set that to 11000 but it doesn't affect the hammer camera..anyway it's not very much of a problem it's just an discomfort

That only affects the draw-distance in-game.
To change the draw-distance in Hammer's camera-view goto "Tools"-->"Options..." the tab "3D views" and raise the slider at "Back clipping plane:".

Or maybey its just doing that on how your camera is set.The only bad look it seems like is that you can't see the walls.Your camera is too close to the walls.But just the what killer duck said and i guess you should be fine.
