Hi, I play surf maps alot and ive heard that its easier with more fps, is this right? and there was this guide about how to improve it and this is what it says:
in your steam/steamapps/accountname/counter-strike/cstrike/cfg, make a file with notepad and type :

in it, save it as cs.cfg , then in console type exec cs.cfg.

does this work

Ye, its better to play with higher FPS....but human eye can only see 60 FPS and going over 120 FPS isnt good in surfing

idk if it works...my FPS is generally 80, so i don't try to tweak it.

well we cant see more then 60 frames a second, so it doesn't really matter.

It depends whether you're looking at the screen straight on or from the side :p

A higher FPS just means that everything will look smoother, to a certain extent.

Im playing cs 1.6, and it didnt work out, because when i typed exec cs.cfg, it said unknown command for each of the commands
