supermj: In testing the bots never got awps, but human players did. IS your poroblem just with bots or actually with real people?
With the bot problem I think we determined that they GET the awps, they just refuse to deploy them, cuz bots are stupid...

Real people. I first thought it might be beetlesmod, so I completely disabled it, rebooted server, but still had the same thing. I reenabled, tried again, disabled, tried again. Everytime, I got the same results. One round out of all tested, 2 people had awps at the very first of map. I loved the originals, and even asked superjer long ago about remakes for source, so I would love to get it working...

Looks pretty neat, i like the atmosphere of the map, it defenatly fits the surroundings.
You might want to looks at making a 3d skybox, but as it's a fun map that's not verry neccesary, it just looks cool :D
Can't wait till my new pc arrives, then i can see bumpmapping in-game too :P

There IS a 3D skybox:
And I'm pretty sure any errors in the map such as certain people not getting weapons or not spawning in the right place are the fault of the engine, which I think Superjer will vouch for. He was having problems of his own on the original snowsk337 (like the 16th launcher being a dud) for no reason.
I do appriciate all the feedback though.
