How do I make guns so the part where the bullets come out is facing UP. Because I want to put them in like a rack.

I believe that would be your pitch setting, or your yaw.

I think you gotta go to the "Right" 3D window and double click on your gun and rotate it. Or from the "Front" angle. There's also a useful option to default to 15 degree angles somewhere in the options menu, things don't rotate as flexibly but hey, it's cleaner.

If the gun rack is an entity, the gun will fall through it. You have to make it a regular brush (or make another regular brush in the same space - clip brush might work too, I tried it once but I don't remember what the result was).
If it is a regular brush, make sure that the armoury_entity is high enough.
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.

Put a clip texture right under the rack where you want the gun to land.

EDIT: Well, how about if I want my gun to angle like kind of up. Not all the way up. The top part of the gun will land on a metal and the bottom part will land on another metal. Do I put clip texture on both?

Clip the 'clip brush' to the angle you want the gun to be.

If you put it inside the clip then the will never get it.
Clip is a special brush where bullets and such can go through
but people cant.

The clip texture will show up clear in the game, and will allow bullets to pass through it, but players cannot pass through it. So if you put a brush with a clip texture going THROUGH the armoury_entity, then the players won't be able to touch the armoury, hence, not being able to get the weapon.

I'm talking about the gun angle, not the clip texture. Because sprinkles said like put the texture of how you want the gun angle to be. That's what I don't get.

The brush is going to be covered by the texture CLIP. So make the brush angled, probably by using VM or something, I dunno.
Like that or something.
