You have done some seriously torturous things to your brushes.

Load the .MAP file in Hammer (not .RMF) and look for and delete any HUGE brushes. They are probably infinitely big. When you mess up brushes they can go bad or explode and become infinite-size sometimes.

press ctrl + shift + G and type in the brush number, see what the search leads to, delete, and compile again. If it gives you another brush, repeat.

well, does this mean that a brush could have like exploded and could even be biger than the grid?

inside the log heres what it says bout the leak
Warning: === LEAK in hull 0 ===
Entity light @ (1088,-1344,-2624)
Error:
A LEAK is a hole in the map, where the inside of it is exposed to the
(unwanted) outside region. The entity listed in the error is just a helpful
indication of where the beginning of the leak pointfile starts, so the
beginning of the line can be quickly found and traced to until reaching the
outside. Unless this entity is accidentally on the outside of the map, it
probably should not be deleted. Some complex rotating objects entities need
their origins outside the map. To deal with these, just enclose the origin
brush with a solid world brush

The pointfile likes to wind around the outside of your map once it gets out there. Go look what I mean.

Then try to find WHERE it crosses from inside your map to outside. Your leak will be there.

The new Hammer draws extra lines (GRRRRRR!). Only 2 sides of each red triangle are the actual pointfile. You have to ignore the 3rd. The 3rd goes through walls and floors all the time, ignore it, it isn't real.
