1. How do i Disable Startweapon??? all CT's and T's start with USP/glock

ALSO -- you can take away the knife (and everything else) with a player_weaponstrip
It can cause difficulties and it may not work ALL the time. and then you'll probably want to give them something (like a gun or whatever) AFTER the weaponstrip happens, which can be a bitch of a job.

then i found it in T spawn...

a new problem:(
when i convert a map....
and open it in hammer...
is ALL textures deleted...
i have no .wad files to put in as i know....
plz help

Okay, well you have to have the right wads for the map. And most of the time when you decompile it, the textures are messed up. So what you do is select the whole map go to the decal box (the box with 3 different colors) and click on the "World" box. And it should be fixed

I love you too, dixi91. But what map are you talking about? I can't think of what map I have a credits box in the T spawn but AWP_CITY.
Is that it?
Whatever you do, do NOT use decompiled maps. You can use them for inspiration or to figure out how something was done but they are FUBAR after decompiling them. Don't use them as or as a base for a custom map.
For that reason you shouldn't worry about the texture alignment in them anyways.

I just remembered I do think you can remove the knife with game_player_equip because I think I did it in one of my maps where you killed people with cars, not 100% sure though.

im just after makin my second map it is a fun mape with a maze but if you stack you can get on top.
oh how do i convert the map to .bsp as i can't run the map cus it is the wrong file type or somfin
i could send the map to someone if they want to fix it for me as i am a useless student that is quite busy at the minuite
