I can't figure this out... I have no idea what this means at all i'm not good at compiling....

That means that the previous step, HLCSG failed.

Look in the files:
1STMAP.log
1STMAP.err

for a description of the real problem. Should show up at the top in the HLCSG section.

You might not have all the .exe he needs from ZHLT. Try downloading ZHLT again. then recompiling
