Error:
A LEAK is a hole in the map, where the inside of it is exposed to the
(unwanted) outside region. The entity listed in the error is just a helpful
indication of where the beginning of the leak pointfile starts, so the
beginning of the line can be quickly found and traced to until reaching the
outside. Unless this entity is accidentally on the outside of the map, it
probably should not be deleted. Some complex rotating objects entities need
their origins outside the map. To deal with these, just enclose the origin
brush with a solid world brush

This is a warning, and only a warning, that you are using a larger sized texture in your level than some older video cards can handle. It is not a compile error, but it may cause player clients to sieze up if they have an older video card, or are in Software Video Mode. You must decide if you are going to abandon those players, or use another texture. (From slackiller's tommy's error guide)

Read the Mapping FAQ on how to find a leak.
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.

'Map->Load Pointfile' in Hammer I think. Load the awpcbble.lin (or whateveryourmapiscalled.lin) file.

I hate the red lines

They are actually one long broken line that leads you from your reference entity (the entity mentioned in the compile-log) to the leak.
May contain traces of invisible text.
