i wanna have alphabet.wad so i can make names and stuff on the wall. Where can i download?

I think you can only use decals from decals.wad (comes with HL/CS).

And unless you make your own Mod you can't add decals to it.

Just use the letters & numbers in decals.wad and be happy.
