i cheacked for leaks and i couldnt see any open spots

hlbsp: Error:
A LEAK is a hole in the map, where the inside of it is exposed to the
(unwanted) outside region. The entity listed in the error is just a helpful
indication of where the beginning of the leak pointfile starts, so the
beginning of the line can be quickly found and traced to until reaching the
outside. Unless this entity is accidentally on the outside of the map, it
probably should not be deleted. Some complex rotating objects entities need
their origins outside the map. To deal with these, just enclose the origin
brush with a solid world brush

Use the pointfile to find the leak(s). "Map" ---> "Load Pointfile" and load the .lin-file with the same name as your map. Follow the line to find the leak.

Really? How long is the line? Are you sure that you aren't accidentally looping back on yourself? It should eventually hit an area of black which is the void outside.

also make sure that none of your entities (like a buyzone entity) touches the outside of your map. That can also cause a leak error (or maybe it can't, I'm not sure. KD, DR? )
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.
