You made it too far away! Two things you can do:

1) Make the sky box around your map smaller.

2) In Hammer, go to Map-> Map Properties. Change Max viewable distance to something cRaZy like 5352.

OK, id did work, thanks again EdAn <3 , now only the stats remaining ... can't see my stats either.. like ammo, hp, armor and so on.

Bring up the console write deathmatch 1 (press Enter), then write restart (Enter) in console and the server should restart and show you hp/ammo etc.
