i crate nice boat... and when i start playing i stand on boat press e to start engine and when i press w my boath sink in the water... help! x? why?

How exactly did you create the boat? func_vehicle?
If so, read this. It should be practically the same execpt that it looks like a boat and not like a truck.

xD... if i want to move my boath i need to press w xD... i press arrow up... again... my boath desapiears in water... i can drive it but under the water and for few second i die (no air in water)

Paths are what vehicles follow. Thing is, shit don't float in CounterStrike, so you need to set the path. Unfortunately this will constrain your boat to a certain path... I assume that's not what you want to do.

If you want it to follow a path, make it a func_tracktrain. You'll still be able to accelerate and brake but you won't be able to turn the boat. It will turn at path_tracks.
A func_vehicle boat might not work at all in counter-strike. But anyway, make a path_track at the center of the origin brush and another one somewhere where you want your boat to be facing at the beginning of the round.

So if the second path_track is to the north of the boat, it will be facing north.

Try this then:

Make a thin brush just under the surface of the water (depends on how much of your boat you want in the water) and turn it into a func_wall. In its properties set 'Invisible' to Yes (or set the Render Mode to texture and FX Amount to 1).
The boat should then drive on the func_wall (like it was a road).

Like this:

You won't be able to swim in the water then though. But that's the only idea I have.

I thought of that, but as you said, you can't swim in the water. Maybe make the boat really high (the same height as the water depth), just have the bottom part invisible. This will limit players' swimming only under the boat.

If your water has the same depth everywhere where your boat can reach, try making the origin brush of the func_vehicle so that it's in the center of the boat in the Top view but touches the floor underwater.

The vehicle sinks if ORIGIN brush touches or intersects TRIGGER brush, I don't know why but that's the reason. I had the same problem. Maybe you should replace that old link for vehicle tutorial with this one...
