Actually, it's not part of the .WAD. The textures that make different sounds are defined in cstrike/sound/materials.txt
DO NOT MODIFY materials.txt, it is part of the Mod.
Instead, just name your texture the same as one from materials.txt and it will the sound the same. It's kind of dumb, but that's the only way to get it to work.
