Use -wadinclude in your bat file. You can make it compile the wad into your map...
hlcsg -wadinclude blahblahblah.wad mapname

hlcsg -wadinclude shit.wad poop.wad mapname
If this does not work, it may be because I'm silly.

It's a command line you add to mapname.bat to make textures a built-in part of your map.

In Hammer, go to Map-> Check for problems. You should find "texture perpendicular to face"... FIX

OK instead try:
-nowadtextures
This will make your map larger.

Oh! You know what, I had the same problem once and I didn't use -wadincluded. I can't remember how I solved it.
Is terror.wad in your cstrike directory?

1 your wad files should be in your cstrike folder
2 you must write the name of your .wads in nowadtextures or wadinclude exactly ( eg : - nowadtextures cstrike.wad mapname )
3 you mite have an invalid / broken / bad .wad
Wtf is that ? its a bird ! no its a plane ! amm maybe its a plastic bag . NO ! its SUPERJER ! the greatest super hero ever!
