This looks like a minor problem with your .bat file.

The line that is supposed to copy the BSP to your cstrike/maps folder is incorrect.

You can just copy the BSP to your cstrike/maps folder by hand and still play your map. It compiled without serious errors.

You are using an awful lot of WAD files though. This could cause other problems in the future, but not this problem.
