What is portal file? How can i fix this?
I have created this map for 2 weeks now, i'm kind of disappointed when this happened. Please help.

ALSO:
My zhlt253-17 folder is on desktop, my valve hammer editor folder and my Steam folder are in the drive C. Is this right? Do i have to put some of the folders together?

The portal file is generated by HLBSP if every goes as planned. Check the .log for an error from HLBSP.

That doesn't make much sense. It looks like hlbsp didn't even run at all.

Verify that you have hlbsp.exe and it's in your .bat right now....
