4 words for you:
fucked up vertex manipulation
Do an alt+p check for problems and hope that all of the problematic brushes appear on the list. Go to each of those brushes and delete them, then remake them without fucking them up. You may want to read some tutorials on VM first though.
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.

I deleted every light in my map. Now it says this.
Warning: === LEAK in hull 0 ===
Entity armoury_entity @ ( 415, 676, 23)
Error:
A LEAK is a hole in the map, where the inside of it is exposed to the
(unwanted) outside region. The entity listed in the error is just a helpf
indication of where the beginning of the leak pointfile starts, so the
beginning of the line can be quickly found and traced to until reaching th
outside. Unless this entity is accidentally on the outside of the map, it
probably should not be deleted. Some complex rotating objects entities ne
their origins outside the map. To deal with these, just enclose the origi
brush with a solid world brush
Leak pointfile generated
Warning: No entities exist in hull 1, no filling performed for this hull
Warning: No entities exist in hull 2, no filling performed for this hull
Warning: No entities exist in hull 3, no filling performed for this hull
Please help!

You have a leak in the map, use the pointfile to find the leak. (Map ---> Load Pointfile, and load the .lin-file with same name as your map)

The lines should pinpoint where your leaks are. If theres a bunch, you've got multiple leaks.

Follow the line and see where to goes outside the map.
(Make sure you're using Hammer 3.5 so you will be able to see the pointfile in the camera-view, that makes it easier finding leaks.)

I don't see a .lin file with my map name on it...
Do I create one before I load the pointfile?

Its also a pts extension. Regardless if you select load point file from hammer it will do the work for you [it should].
