Ok you may have heard this before but I want to ask again. HOW DO I MAKE MY OWN WAD FILES? can someone help?

download a program called "wally"

open wally
select new
choose half-life .wad format
drag images that you want as textures into the newly created box inside wally
when you have all pictures
select save as
save the files in your counter strike directory
open the files via hammer editor's
tools>options>textures page
