if theres no try google it.
You dont need to include the default CS textures, couse everyone has it.

It depends on where the textures are. If they are inside de_dust.bsp and de_dust2.bsp then there is no .wad and you will have to use -wadinclude.

You can use a program called textract to extract the textures from a .bsp.
