The problem I'm having is simple , but yet hard for me to understand .... I've worked with making the sounds play in the map , but everytime a new round starts the song will play auto and im tryin to make it start silent every round///

I think you can set them to be triggered only...

But also, what entity(ies) are you using? And in what game exactly?

Whatever you are using, make sure it has a targetname.

im using ambient_generic , and using a func_button to trigger it to play ... when I hit the button the song will play .... but the problem is it will automatically play when the next round starts

Do you have the "Start Silent" flag checked?

I don't remember enough about ambient_generic -- can you post all the settings you have on it?

Also, if it is toggleable, you can workaround the problem by triggering it off shortly after the start of the round, using:

- a round-start trigger, like the closing door trick, targetting:
- a trigger_relay with a short delay and a triggerstate=0, targetting:
- your ambient_generic.

At least I think that should work...

Yes it's on start silent .. later I'm gonna try these settings you said and hopefully it works
