It looks good, but really unrealistic. In the way that blood doesn't "fly" that slow. It would just splash without much visual movement. Like, for example when you have nosebleed, you can barely see the droops fall, it's just like splats appearing on the ground.

Plus i think a shot in the head from point blank like that would send the guy on his back. He coulda acted that out a little better.

Not really, bullets don't actually have that much momentum. Yes, they move quickly, but they are very light. People falling over or being knocked back is almost a learned response from movies :)

But the blood still would look much different. It would be an almost instantaneous splatter on whatever's behind his head, and there would be a hole.
