hi dudes,
ive just made an extension to an allready exsisting cs:s map (its my first go at mapping so i thought it would be easier than starting from scratch) and it is completed, but when i run the map with bots, (6 or more) it runs really laggy and slow. it seems fine with just me and a few bots but when i add more than 5-6 bots it runs so crap it is un-playable.
i used the default .nav creator (by just playing the .bsp on `create own server`) and was wondering if that is the problem.
any help will be very much appreciated.

What did you use to make the extension?

i used vmex to convert the original .bsp to .vmf, and valve hammer editor to build the extension. i have just looked at the compile txt and seen that it has leaked, but me being a noob i dont know how to find/fix it.
it says -

fixing up env_cubemap materials on brush sides...

I don't know much about source mapping but there should be a way to load the pointfile.

That will help you find the leak.

Also converting from BSP->MAP is generally very sloppy and messy.
